I split the run into five sections with a run, sprint and then recovery jog in each. The sprints actually felt very good today - especially sprinting up the paddock hill, though it was very tiring! So I’m also getting back onto the good diet, last few days haven’t been as bad as the cake filled oneBIGweekend!
Anyhoo, I’m going out to buy a watch so that I can do some interval training and a reflective top so that I can do some running early morning and in the evening! Blessings…
