My name is Andrew Guilder, though many of you may know me as Andy! A number of you know me as the guy who used to have a lot of blonde hair. And a few will know me as the fat boy who’s trying to dance. It’s the latter two which have had some bearing on what’s taking place over the upcoming six months or so.
Last year (remember back that far?) I had my golden locks chopped off to raise money for a holiday club in Dawlish (we raised around £300) and it gave me a good reason to have a hair cut. This year I’m looking at shifting the pounds and making some for a youth event in Hemel as an encouragement.
Over the next six months I’m looking at shifting 80 pounds of weight! This will make me a slightly less podgy man, though will probably (and sadly) not improve my dancing. At the end of this time I will be running a race of vast distance (yet to be decided by popular vote) and raising money for Awakening Hemel so that they can continue to put on great youth events in February half term. I support Awakening Hemel MASSIVELY and want to help secure it’s financial future!
